There once was a girl with incredible power.

But no one knew her.

And there was no way to help her.
To many, she was the quiet kid at school, nothing more. But to none, she was called their own. His father did, but he did not call her his own, he acted as if he owned her—like a slave to experiment on, not like a daughter.
There are those who society admires, and those who they have compassion for, and also those who they ostracize, and those that don't even have a category.
Sadako was both the latter.
Things that we bury.
Things society buries.
It ripples out and affects the whole.
But even then, a shard of purity remains.
